Thank you for your interest in RGGI auctions for CO2 allowances.  This page provides all of the information and forms you will need to apply to bid in the current RGGI auction.

There are four steps to become approved to bid in a RGGI auction:

  1. Read the Auction Notice for detailed instructions and procedures
  2. Complete the Qualification Application
    (Required for first time applicants and for bidders with material changes to their applications)
  3. Complete the Intent to Bid Form
    (Required for all applicants and bidders for each auction)
  4. Following notification of qualification, post financial security by cash, bond, or letter of credit
