Auction Services RFP
RGGI, Inc.’s contract for auction services is regularly renewed through a competitive selection process. Through this RFP, RGGI, Inc. intends to competitively select a Contractor to implement and administer quarterly RGGI CO2 allowance auctions on behalf of the Participating States.
