Dallas Winslow was appointed Chairman in July 2012. Dallas Winslow comes from a Wilmington background. He graduated from Brandywine High School, Dickinson College (1966) and Duquesne University School of Law (1972).

Katie Scharf Dykes is the Commissioner of Connecticut’s Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP).
