To support program review, the RGGI States conducted REMI macroeconomic modeling, customer electricty bill analysis, and revised electricity sector modeling using the Integrated Planning Model (IPM). Comprehensive electricity sector modeling and economic analysis was considered to support evaluation of potential modifications to the RGGI program.
