Auction Services RFP

RGGI, Inc.’s contract for auction services is regularly renewed through a competitive selection process. Through this RFP, RGGI, Inc. intends to competitively select a Contractor to implement and administer quarterly RGGI CO2 allowance auctions on behalf of the Participating States. This includes pre-auction services, auction implementation services, and post-auction services.

A Submitters Conference Call will be held to provide interested firms an opportunity to seek clarification of the requirements of this RFP. To participate in this call, potential submitters must provide RGGI, Inc. with a completed Notice of Intent to Submit form (Attachment A to this RFP) by no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on April 20, 2026. Conference call information will be provided by email to the designated contact listed on the Notice of Intent to Submit form as received by RGGI, Inc, and the call will be held on April 29, 2026.

Final proposals must be received in PDF form by RGGI, Inc. no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on May 11, 2026. Complete submission instructions are specified in the full document.
